Return Policy

Posture Shop’s return policy allows returns within 90 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as intimate products or items classified as non-returnable due to health and safety reasons, are not eligible for return. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified if it has been approved. Approved returns may qualify for an exchange or store credit. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

For exchanges, defective or damaged items can be replaced by reaching out to our customer service team. Sale items are eligible for exchanges but only at the sale price. For full details, please refer to Posture Shop’s return policy on our website.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@postureshops.com to begin the return process. Please provide your order number and proof of purchase.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Packaging: Ensure your item is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.


Expected Processing Timelines

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria. You will receive an email notification within 3–5 business days regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the exchange or resolution will be processed promptly.
  • If applicable, processing your exchange may take up to 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs and Returns

Customers are responsible for covering their shipping costs for returning items. These costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@postureshop.com. The exchange process, including shipping, may take up to 3 weeks.


Sale Items

Please note that sale or promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This policy applies to items purchased at a discounted price during special promotions.


Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the order was shipped to the gift-giver, we will notify the gift-giver about the return process.
